Purpose

This site presents P-51 Cadillac of the Sky, a side-scrolling plane game for one or two pilots, and offers its free download for Windows and Android, the how-to-play guide, the FAQ, the credits and the legal texts.

The site has no user accounts or forms and does not collect personal data by itself. The data the game processes is explained in the privacy policy.

Using the site means accepting this legal notice and the terms of use.

Intellectual and industrial property

The name P-51 Cadillac of the Sky, the logo, illustrations, texts, design and code of this site and the game belong to the owner or are used under licence from their authors. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without permission is forbidden, except for uses allowed by law.

Third-party resources (3D models, music, sound effects, typefaces and libraries) are used under their licences. The attributions they require are on the credits page.

The product and platform names that appear (Windows, Android, Cloudflare) are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to identify them.

The owner strives to keep the information accurate and the service available, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or loss of game data. The published system requirements are approximate.

The owner is not liable for misuse of the site or the game by users, without prejudice to acting against it under the terms of use.
