Acceptance and age

By downloading or playing P-51 Cadillac of the Sky you accept these terms. The game is for people aged 14 and over; if you are younger you need the permission of your parents or guardians.

Licence of use

The owner grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and play the game on your devices. There are no ads or purchases.

You may not resell, redistribute for profit, decompile or modify the game to harm other players or the service, except as the law expressly allows.

Your pilot

There are no email accounts: when you open the game a pilot is created on your device, with the callsign you choose and a tag. You are responsible for your callsign and for what you do with your pilot.

If you lose the device secret without having saved the backup code we cannot recover your pilot. One pilot per device is normal; do not create pilots in bulk.

The callsign must not be offensive, impersonate someone or include personal data.

Conduct and communication

Be respectful. To talk there are eight quick radio messages and, only between friends, text messages up to 200 characters with a word filter. Insults, harassment, discrimination and spam are not allowed.

You can block and report other pilots from the game. Reports are reviewed.

Cheating and sanctions

Programs that alter the game, score manipulation, API abuse and any attempt to bypass the service limits are not allowed.

The server checks the plausibility of scores. We may remove scores and sanction or ban a pilot (temporarily or permanently) for breaking these terms.

What others see

Other pilots see your callsign with the tag, your presence (in the menu, in a room or in a match) if you are friends, and your achievements and best scores if you are friends.

In a co-op match the host and the guest connect directly and each can see the other’s IP address. The data processed is in the privacy policy.

Availability and versions

The online service is offered as is and may be interrupted by maintenance or failures. The API may require you to update the game to play online; solo mode remains available.

Downloads use signed links that last 5 minutes and require a Cloudflare Turnstile check. To check that your file is the published one, use the SHA-256 shown on the downloads page.

Intellectual property

The game, its brand, illustrations and code belong to the owner or its licensors. Third-party resources are used under their licences, listed on the credits page.

Warranties and liability

The game is offered without warranty of uninterrupted operation or of suitability for a particular machine; the published requirements are approximate.

The owner is liable under the law for damage caused by wilful misconduct or negligence and does not exclude the rights that consumer law gives you.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If you keep using the game after a change you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the competent courts under the applicable rules, including consumer protection rules.
